SHIPPING POLICY

Standard UK delivery 2-3 working days: Free

Next day UK delivery if order is placed by 3pm : £6.99

Europe: up to 10 working days : £15

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchange on some of our products. Due to the nature and hygiene of hair extensions, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or worn. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the item is in it's original shipping condition, tags and packaging intact.

Any item to be exchanged must be returned within 10 days of purchase. If the returned item is deemed as worn or tampered with, it will be returned to the buyer with no exchange.

Buyers return products at own cost for exchange or against a store credit that can be used at anytime within one year.
